About Us

Hello!

We want to help you get to know God better and enable you to become who He's created you to be. No matter where you are in life, we'll help you figure out some next steps in your journey with Him. Along the way, we hope to work with you to make the world a better place through the love and grace of Jesus.

We Follow Jesus

RiverTown is a church that is Christian. We follow Jesus, we teach from the Bible, we value the Gospel, and we worship God as the creator and ruler of the universe. Through our relationship with Jesus, we are healed, renewed, redeemed, forgiven, liberated, transformed, and loved. At RiverTown, we are a church that is all about Jesus, only about Jesus, and always about Jesus. We are a new church in south Jacksonville whose goal is to make Jesus famous, one life at a time.

In Our City and World

It's our passion to share this faith and hope with our city and world. We're serving a global community ...  individually and in groups, in our city and around the world. We serve in many different ways, but there's one common thread: people who are passionate about demonstrating Jesus' love and grace to others.

People

The church isn't a building -- it's people. We think you'll find RiverTown Church a pretty friendly bunch. This is because we highly value relationships and community with others.
